Wyze has built a reputation on making good low-cost smart home devices, and the Wyze Plug outdoor is yet another such product. Power cord harder to fit into electrical box In all, the Ring Outdoor Smart Plug is a good device for those invested in the Ring ecosystem. Within the Ring app, you can configure the two outlets to work together or separately, and create schedules for when it turns on and off. Unlike most other smart plugs, the Ring needs to connect to a hub, which can either be a Ring Bridge ($49) or an Amazon Echo smart speaker. On the front of the Ring is a large circular button that’s blue in the center you can press on either side of the button to control each outlet independently. The Ring also comes with three screws and wall anchors. I especially like that the prongs are at a right angle to the cord it makes it much easier to close the door. At the top is a 6.5-inch cord that’s long enough to plug the Ring into an outdoor outlet, but still be able to close your outlet’s door. At the bottom are two plugs, each protected by a rubber flap. Refund me ASAP.The Ring Outdoor smart plug is a massive brick. Your sim doesn't work in people's devices yet you blame us and say its our devices or trouble shooting etc. All your negative feedback says same as me. Don't need a response to contact you after having me in tears with frustration yesterday costing me hours and more money to go back to giffgaff and now have to wait so I can get my STAC number off you to keep my number.
On top of that the customer service guy left over 10 minutes ago and hasn't bothered to come back to help. Thenot I have to start the process again to keep my number. On top I've got to wait for my stac to be cancelled to go back to giffgaff and smarty are saying they can't do that,very odd as I can't. I left them once before for similar issues. I'm vulnerable and disabled with no family or phone or data to buy any because the stupid smarty sims doesn't work and the customer care team is talking to me like it's all my fault. So no sim working at all now and have covid so can't go out. Now I'm trying to get back to giffgaff and have no Internet access to get into my bank account. When we all know you swap sim and it works straight away. Went on my old device to speak to them and they are saying it could be wrong sim or you need to trouble shoot. Left giffgaff took my number over received email from smarty saying sim activated went to use it doesn't work. This live chat is long stressful and upsetting.
Pay for an operator you can ring and speak to. And you have a good way of making us sound like idi0ts because it must be our fault. I had no data at all yet you've given me a bad credit score for not paying for a sim that didn't work. Gone back to giffgaff all your feedback says sim doesn't work on their device I had the same thing with 3 and you keep billing me to this day for a sim that only allowed me to make calls which I hardly do. And want true reviews dont trust trustpilot because I know for a fact its untruthful go to independent sites for the truth. Ended up paying a further 20 pounds to go back to giffgaff and can't get a refund until the cancellation gone through with giffgaff to smarty which I've also got to get my STAC to go back to giffgaff because I took my number over to a sim that didn't work. Goes onto say they give great service for him maybe.
Told me to ask a friend to help me rather than take me through the phone promps and help me himself. Spoke to an idiot who just left the conversation for 20 minutes. Told me cards activated put it in doesn't work.
